If you would like to permanently delete your Dermazone Store account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Deletion:
- Send an email to customercare@dermazonestore.com with the subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered email address and phone number in the message
- Our support team will confirm your request and process the deletion within 7–14 business days
What Happens After Deletion:
- All personal data related to your account will be permanently removed
- Order history and invoices may be retained for legal and accounting purposes only
- Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be recovered
